What if something happens to my order after delivery or pick-up?

Once the order leaves the premises or is delivered to the venue in good condition I will not be liable for any damage that may occur afterwards. I always recommend my clients look at their order before leaving and provide transport instructions, if applicable, prior to pickup.

How much advance notice is needed for a custom order?

I ask for a minimum of two week notice but the earlier you reach out the better! This will ensure that I have ample time to make your order and that I have availability for your desired day. You can reach out to inquire about a custom order here.

Do you deliver?

Yes, delivery is an option for a fee.

Can you accommodate allergies and/or dietary restrictions?

I do not specialize in allergies and/or dietary restrictions so I cannot guarantee any of my products are allergen free. If you have any sort of food sensitivity, you can contact me here and I will be happy to discuss what I am able to offer for your situation.

Do you provide refunds or exchanges?

I do not provide refunds or exchanges as the products are perishable goods. If you are not satisfied with what you received, please email me at thedessertartistinc@gmail.com with your name, details of issue, and a photo of the product.
